* All ticket sales are final & non-refundable except in the unlikely scenario that the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, issues with the venue that would effect the safety of all attendees & other circumstances beyond the organisers control.

* Refunds will not be given as a  result of a guest or attraction canceling their attendance. On the rare occasion this happens, we will try to give as much notice as possible prior to the event to avoid disappointment.
